Tunnel Hill 100 Mile Aid Station Sign ups

Thank you for joining Cape Girardeau Road Runners and Red Runner Racing in supporting the Tunnel Hill 100.  Our aid station is at the Tunnel Hill Trail Head just past the tunnel.  We have shift sign ups below followed by food sign ups.
